Dubbed the cheesecake for cheese lovers, this rich cake is slow baked at a low temperature to retain all its flavours.
The cake is cooked slowly in a low-temperature steam oven. We have finally found the golden ratio of the three cheeses so that the sourness of cream cheese and sweetness of mascarpone are exquisitely blended followed by the scent of camembert.

Store frozen (-18 ℃ or less)
Thaw in refrigerator below 10℃ for 5 to 8 hours. After thawing keep it in refrigerator and eat by the next day.
